  • Enter your sales into our easy to use web based accounting software. This will allow you to print and also email your sales invoices to your customers.
  • Enter a list of any cheques received and cheques written, and any cash transactions.
  • Put your purchase invoices into the prepaid envelope we provide and pop it in the post. The whole thing can be taken care of in five minutes leaving you free to get on with growing your business. We will scan your invoices and make them available to you on the web through our secure site, and then send the originals back to you, although as the copies are admissable in court, you should never need the paper again.
  • When you are out and about, just snap a picture of any receipts, and email it to a unique email address we provide for you. Your expense will be entered into the accounting records, and the scanned image will be stored.

We will enter your purchase invoices into the accounting system and post and reconcile all your bank transactions.

We will provide you with reports showing profit or loss, aged debtors and much more. At any time you can log into your accounting system to see how your business is performing.
